Customer Responsibilities:

  • Schedule installation and removal at a time when the event space/room/location is empty. Any moving of furniture or other items may result in additional labor charges.

  • Vacuuming is the customer's responsibility. Cutting and installing rugs may leave production scraps, which need to be cleaned up by the customer's team.

  • If the start time is delayed by the customer/venue by more than one hour, additional charges of $75/hr/man will be applied.

  • After installation, other vendors should not roll carts, AV equipment, truss, or heavy items over rugs, as this may damage the installation. Repair fees to fix any damage will be applied and billed accordingly. Repairs are subject to our installer team's availability and are not guaranteed possible.

  • Cancellations require a minimum of 48-hour notice. If less notice is given, all charges for the installation job apply and must be paid in full.

  • Any material overages or additional requests resulting in change orders will be billed accordingly.
