Every good sold on our website is custom made-to-order in an on-demand format. This means that we DO NOT have ready-to-ship products sitting in stock in a warehouse. Instead, we create each item specifically for you based on your unique requirements. Our on-demand production model enables us to offer unmatched products, unmatched service, and unmatched end results. (This is the reason we have become extremely well known around the World.) We cannot simply reabsorb custom made inventory and hope our next customer buys the exact size rug/runner you ordered. You might think it would be easy, but very few orders are the same, as most events are NOT the same.

However, if we make an error, such as sending the wrong color or size rug, we will work with you to correct the mistake. Please note that we cannot provide refunds or returns based on delays or poor performance by third-party courier shippers. Believe us when we say couriers are the bane of our existence. Their delivery services are a "necessary evil" for us to provide products for sale online to you. We do not have control over their operations. We apologize for any inconvenience they may cause you and thank you for your understanding. We are sincerely on YOUR TEAM and don’t get treated any better than you do in dealing with them.
